OTW's nine-month Discipleship Program is for young adults age 18-26
Life on Life Discipleship
Discipleship Triangles
A highly personalized discipleship small group that insures each student receives intentional spiritual and life guidance. These groups have a 1:3 staff to student ratio and meet weekly.
Discipleship Groups:
Our discipleship groups are intimate gatherings of six to eight students, meeting in the homes of our staff with two to three dedicated leaders. In this environment of trust and authenticity, students are encouraged to be vulnerable—openly expressing what’s on their hearts and minds without fear of judgment.
Across the program year students receive over 1,000 hours of personal mentorship.

Immersive Christian Community
Unlike traditional ministry programs, OTW students live, learn, and grow alongside mentors in an immersive christian community.
Imagine a vibrant community where young adults live together in gender-based houses, committed to learning how to love and respect one another while growing in maturity and responsibility. This is more than just shared housing—it’s a place of discipleship, where everyday life becomes a training ground for Christlike character.
Chores, meals, and daily rhythms are not just tasks but opportunities to cultivate a servant-hearted attitude, reflecting the love of Christ in practical ways..
Classroom INstruction
We go beyond the classroom to help you build a faith that’s real, deep, and lived out daily.
Our classes aren’t just lectures—they’re interactive, thought-provoking, and designed for real-life application. Covering theology, philosophy, practical life skills, and relationships, we equip you with the tools to navigate life with wisdom and confidence.
Beyond the classroom, you’ll experience weekly chapel services filled with worship, prayer, and teaching that refresh and refocus your heart. Because following Jesus is about more than what you know, we also emphasize life skills training—helping you grow in responsibility, leadership, and everyday decision-making.
